The studio features a kitchenette and a bed with breathtaking seafront views. Above, a loft accommodates two more guests. Stepping out onto the terrace, you'll discover an 8-person jacuzzi.

There is a Minut sensor installed in the patio that measures the noise decibels not to exceed 85dB and ensures there aren't any loud parties during quiet hours. It's important to note that it does not record conversations, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
