Located in the renown Indian Palms Gated Community, the 3 bed/2 bath home features plush and homey furnishings, a gorgeous 85" big screen TV and an enormous backyard with all of your entertaining needs. Take a dip in the huge saltwater pool/spa with tanning beds galore. (Spa heating included, pool heating for extra fee). Palm trees and greenery embellished with fairy lights line the front and back of the house, providing the exact ambience you'd want in a Sahara oasis.

NO EXCESSIVE NOISE: Moderate amplified music allowed outside, during the day. No outside noise after 9PM-6AM and it is strictly enforced.
No street parking is allowed from 1AM-6AM. Park all cars in the driveway or garage to avoid a ticket or towing. Fines will be charged to the guests.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. 1st Violation will be a warning. 2nd will be a $500 fine. 3rd will be eviction and removal from property without refund.

Great visit

We were lucky enough to secure this property for the IndyCar race at Thermal this weekend. Clean, secure, homey… a great retreat from the heat and the track. The pool was especially welcome. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and only wished we’d had larger coffee mugs (the 12-oz Keurig brews required 2 cups… not a big deal though!). Will look to come back for next year’s race… assuming IndyCar returns!

Weekend getaway

Property was very nice.A few recommendations though. Ditch the fabric softener and febreeze. The smell was nauseating, not to mention those products contain many toxins that are not healthy for humans! I bought a non-toxic detergent and washed all the linens and towels the first day we were there. Would have liked storage containers in the kitchen so we could pack food for our day trips/hikes that we went on. Didn't love the WiFi/routers in the master bedroom. EMFs affect sleep and having it in the bedroom was a big downer, especially since it needed to be on to heat the pool.

Oasis in the winter

This place was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed! Clean doesn’t describe this place. Spotless is a better word! Pool was more than words can describe. Just gorgeous. Convenient to shopping, Salton Sea and Joshua Tree and numerous other interesting places. Privacy galore! Harold was wonderful to work with and I can’t wait to go back. Great job Harold! You made our stay fabulous. Thank you.

Highly recommend

We had a great time. Came for a family weekend getaway and the property was as advertised. House and backyard were clean. Check in was easy. Communication with Liisa was quick. House was spacious enough for 10. Plenty of towels, utensils, spices, coffee. Would absolutely come back.

PD Golf Trip

We had a great time at this house. They have a real nice back yard including lawn area along with patio, pool and spa. BBQ worked great. The keyless door entry worked perfect. The property is gated so you check in at the security gate, nice. Lines were a little long due to a tennis tournament in town but not too bad. The inside consisted of extremely comfortable couches, chairs and beds with a real nice TV. The experience was excellent, and we would definitely rent this house again. Lisa and her husband were excellent in answering any and all question. Thank you both!

Indio home.

We were very pleased and impressed with both the house and the hosts. The house was very clean and spacious. Hosts quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend. Hope to come back.
