Pool and spa heating is available for $75 per night, as is standard for desert vacation rentals. Hot-tub-only heating is available for $25 per night for unlimited use.

Thoughtful Outdoor Care

The gardener visits the property twice a month, and the pool technician visits twice a week. We care for the outdoor experience as much as the indoor one, helping keep your private oasis looking and feeling its best.

Festival Weekend Deposit

A fully refundable security and cleaning deposit may be required for festival weekends due to increased demand and higher turnover.

The deposit will be returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage, excessive mess, or violation of house rules.
