The Space:

Bedroom 1 - Two queens right off the main hallway. The bedroom has a bathroom located in the room. The bathroom has a full bathtub, two sinks, and a stand-up shower.



Bedroom 2 - Two queens right off the living room. The room has two barn doors.



Bedroom 3 - The master bedroom is right off the main hallway. The room can be entered through the attached bathroom or a separate door. The bathroom has a door to the bedroom and to the common space off the living room. Or guests can lock the bathroom from the main living space and use their bathroom for the trip.



Bedroom 4 – The small bedroom has one twin bed and two barn doors. The walls give privacy but do not go all the way to the ceiling.



Just because we allow an amount of people to stay and sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.

Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.

Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 feet.

Responsive Team

The unit was clean and stocked. We had a few minor maintenance issues with our stay. The team responded right away and had maintenance out that same day. The team works hard to maintain their properties. We had zero issues with the team or the actual listing. This location unfortunately had live music nearby enough that it kept half of us awake until 2 am each of the weekend nights. When I mentioned to the team they did recommend other units that were not so close to the street.

Family Fun

Several family members came in town to help celebrate my grandmother‘s 100th birthday. Three families enjoyed the loft enjoyed the location. The place was clean it smelt good and everything worked.

Volleyball Weekend

Although our stay was short, we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was perfect for what we needed and the unit was very clean and stocked with the essentials. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Fantastic Location

We were in town to see an Indiana Fever game and this was a perfect location to walk to and from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was also a perfect location and close walk to area restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean, secure and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Indy

Perfect spot downtown Indianapolis. Loft was spacious and kitchen top-notch. Beds were almost too comfortable. Hosts gave just the right amount of attention to detail without being in the way. Would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting a secure place right in the middle of everything.

Great location!

Our family was in town for a ceremony at IU School of Medicine and this property was perfect for our needs. The open space is terrific, windows have a great view of Meridian Street, and location was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend it for your family.

Great place for a group!

We had a conference to attend downtown, but wanted to stay in a place more conducive to visiting with the friends who also attended. Hotel rooms aren't so great for that. Staying here was within walking distance to the convention center, and the amenities were just what we needed to have breakfast and dinner together. We had plenty of seating for chatting, and enough comfy beds for all.

A Perfect Urban Oasis in the Heart of Indianapolis!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic loft in downtown Indianapolis, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. Situated right in the heart of downtown, this loft allowed me to easily explore all that Indianapolis has to offer. Whether it was checking out local restaurants, attending events, or simply strolling through the vibrant streets, everything was within walking distance. The loft itself was a delightful surprise. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it immediately felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the stylish furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. The cozy living space and well-equipped kitchen added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host's hospitality. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their local recommendations were spot-on, making my trip even more memorable. The highlight of the accommodation was undoubtedly the breathtaking views. The large windows provided a stunning panorama of the city, especially during the sunset. It was the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In summary, if you're looking for a 5-star experience in downtown Indianapolis, this is the place to stay!
