Property seemed to be in a safe residential area. Not the cleanest place but not super dirty either. It’s an okay place to stay if you need to spend the night but not sure I’d recommend it over other nicer hotels. The place could use some improvement but overall I don’t regret staying here.

It’s a cute place. It was clean, nicely decorated and we slept very well. However, there was no hot water, the bathtub had a steady drip and couldn’t fill it through the faucet; only the shower head worked, the bathtub stopper didn’t work. Also, no breakfast available. Since the two amenities I wanted was a jetted tub and free breakfast this wasn’t a good fit and probably wouldn’t return.

There was nothing I liked beside the outside trees and the grass. I will never stay at this place again. It was false advertising. I brought my mother here with me for a special event that I was a part of and I also inviting other friends to stay there as well. The doorknob to the bathrooms would fall off and we would get lock in, the towels were with holes in them, no breakfast was every cook, the bed sink in and the floors was not level. The rooms were hot and it got cool on the last night we stayed. There were no ironing board with the iron. The downstairs kitchen where we were told we can keep our drinks in was not cold the freezer didn't even get cold. We were so disappointed we couldn't get nothing else because all other rooms were booked. We look for the people over the property that lived there, they were never around to assistant with nothing. I can't believe that they are still running a business. They lied about everything on their website.

You get what you pay for but if you are picky when selecting places to stay definitely look somewhere else some things like the rooms had been remodeled but not the bathroom or the stairs also the codes to all the locks were very predictable if someone wanted to get in it to the house or room it would have been really easy to do the sink handle was not working on the hot side, the shower head had little to no pressure, the lock on our door did not work at first we had to call someone and then they gave us a key because the batteries on the lock pad were dead, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed creaked at any sudden movement, the tv remote was dead so we had to turn on the tv manually, the breakfast on the first day was good not a lot was left over but we had some cereal and did eat pretty close to the end of breakfast time and on the second day they did not restock anything from the previous day but just added pancakes as the only option we went down at 9 an hour before the end in hopes of seeing more options however the place was pretty well cleaned

There was an issue with my reservation, thst was related to the booking agency, but I had a really difficult time reaching anyone. My calls kept going to a voicemail box that was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. I finally got a live person an hour before I had to check in. The exterior is a mess. The landscaping is not being maintained. The fountain under the pergola was broken and half full of green murky water and debris. The backyard had wall covering fabric that had fallen onto chairs. My room had a few issues. There is no A/C control or even vents other than a vented panel over the door that allows a little air in. The fan / light is confusing to use. Printed directions for the remote would help. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The roll holder was on top of the toilet tank. I found a roll in one of the sink drawers. Nothing should be unwrapped in that vanity. The soap pump on the sink was empty. I had to take a shower gel container from the shower to the sink to wash my hands. At 8:45 I left my room. There was no breakfast out. I slid open the cupboard next to the table and some some single serve cereal, but no milk or spoons. No coffee. Nothing. It was cleaner than a cheap motel, and could be nice if the owner or manager was keeping it going, but it looks neglected. So much for a quaint alternative to standard hotels.

The staff at Speedway Legacy Inn were so friendly and helpful with everything during the duration of our stay. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! The room was cozy and the owners were very nice and welcoming

The room was clean. We never met any staff (but see below). The confirmation said this about breakfast: "Continental breakfast is included with your stay and is available from 7 am to 10 am and is located in the lobby,main entrance. (Continental Breakfast is on the go cereal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, water, oatmeal, muffins,danishes,coffee cakes,Big texas cinnamon rolls, cheese crackers, peanut butter crackers, etc.)" There was no cereal. Almost everything that was there, was not healthy (i.e. it was full of preservatives). The building itself has not been maintained. Some of the flowers were withered. The exterior door of our room had broken glass. The bathroom had no tissues. The bathroom had no water glasses. The gel dispensers in the shower were empty. This place looks like the owner/manager is trying to spend as little money as possible, and make as much money as possible from people (like me) who didn't read the reviews before we chose this place.

Great place

Loved everything about this place. It almost felt like staying with friends, with the level of hospitality they showed us, but at the same time we had total privacy. The room was impeccably clean and all of the linens/towels smelled great. Very close to the IMS and Main St in Speedway as well, so there are lots of shops and a great pancake house 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Indy next.

This place was a nice large home with a bunch of different sized rooms. It was clean and well taken care of, but a bit dated. It could use some upgrades in a few places. The shared bathroom had the basics but nothing special. I didn;t see any staff but knew that coming in. I took care of myself and had a nice night's stay. There was a small breakfast nook there in the morning with bagels, oatmeal, waffles, juice, milk, and a few other items. The price was great for a very nice room that I only needed for a good sleep. I would definitely go here again.

The check in was ackward. When we first arrived, the door was locked and the Ring did not answered. We got in after someone showed up. The TV worked but none of the Roku channels were active accept for a free movie channel. Breakfast was donuts, cereal, waffles, fruit and drinks. Not bad nothing special. The room was quite comfortable, clean bath, no hair dryer available. Eric was quite friendly and helpful. There were very nice places to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

Decent place to stay

The Speedway legacy Inn was a nice place to stay. The pros: cleanliness, quiet, and most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. The cons: I was expecting breakfast and all there was, was cereal and muffins for food. The reviews had said “home cooked breakfast”. I would stay again because I did receive fast response when I had concerns regarding the room (Tv remote, refrigerator). I would recommend the property owners invest in mini fridges for the rooms as well. That would have been super nice as I was trying to spend as little as possible on my business trip but ended up spending a lot of money on food.
