This is a quiet residential neighborhood—please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be mindful of neighbors at all times. Parties and events are not permitted.

Home Etiquette

To preserve the quality of our spaces:

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Shoes are not permitted in the game room and theater room
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests

Booking & Guest Standards

To maintain a premium experience for all guests:

• Instant booking available for well-reviewed guests
• New or unreviewed profiles may require approval
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival

Refundable Damage Deposit
• A $500 refundable security deposit may be required based on the guest count/profile and reservation.
• The deposit is refundable after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of the house rules.
• If applicable, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout.


• Additional guests beyond 6: $25 per person, per night
• Guests are responsible for cleanliness indoors & outdoors

Pet Policy

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 3, under 50 lbs):

• $178 per pet
• Please keep pets off furniture and beds
• Crating is required if pets are left unattended
• Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness indoors and outdoors

Parking

• There is a driveway available for parking & additional off-street parking.
• When leaving the property, kindly ensure that the doors are fully closed and secured.

For your comfort and safety:

• No glassware or alcohol nearby
• Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes (max 104°F)
• Children must be supervised

Pool (Seasonal)

• Open May–September (non-heated)
• Professionally maintained weekly
• No lifeguard on duty—use at your own discretion
• Please bring your own pool towels — we don't provide them.

Hot Tub Maintenance

The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and serviced after each guest checkout to ensure cleanliness and safety. Our team may briefly access the outdoor area during this time.

Grill Courtesy Reminder

• Please brush grill grates after use
• Spray cleaner if grease spills
• Leave the grill in the same condition you found it

Excessive grease may incur a $40 cleaning fee

Important Information

• Only toilet paper may be flushed to avoid plumbing issues
• Exterior security cameras are in place for safety (outdoor only)
• Cleaning concerns must be reported within 2 hours of arrival
