We had a decent and affordable stay although the property is a bit run down. Our room was older but clean. There was no tv which was strange. Good for the price!

First, the Staff was A-1 from day one. The front desk person, (I believe was Brice) really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The day staff, from the housekeeping to the desk person was very polite and courteous. A special thanks to Ms. Nancy who found a issue where I was double booked, and helped me straighten it out. Its great to know thst someone was looking out for my money!

Room was disgusting, parts of wall falling off, mold in a/c, stained sheets, dirty bathroom, cobwebs, carpets nasty, front desk staff (daytime), very rude.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to , wouldn't bring things to use the kitchenette for 2 days then when did half the stove wouldn't work . Took 2 hours to Cook 2lbs of chicken .. the bed had blood stains, cigarette burns, huge crack on one side of the bed, and sweat and what looked like pee stains on the bed also . The room smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room , I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone , also tried calling Expedia couldn't get ahold of anyone.

The room was clean. The staff were great. I left my computer monitor outside while loading my things in my car when I checked out. Went back 6 hrs later and found it stored in a safe room. Very thankful.

It is one of those get what you paid for kind of places. It certainly isn’t as bad as other reviews make it out to be but it also isn’t something that deserves praise for any reason besides the affordable price.

Unfortunately, the property inside is shabby. Maybe it’s a matter of “you get what you pay for”. The building smelled of damp cigarettes, even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Our beds were clean, but the carpet was worn and stained with gum or grease, and ripped in one spot. Our remote did not work, and the clerk tried to help by providing a replacement, but that didn’t work either. There was no waste receptacle in the bathroom. Booked a 2-night stay, but didn’t use the second night— we found other accommodations. Staff were doing their best, but a lack of maintenance and housekeeping in the public areas plus the smell drove us away.

First, I want you to know I really hate complaining. and I want you to know Expedia should not be promoting this property until they get their act together. The staff are very kind, professional and accommodating. And…this is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. My room was supposed to have a refrigerator in it and it was missing when I checked in there are signs around the property saying no smoking but my bathroom countertop, the sink, and even the bathtub were covered in burn marks from previous smokers leaving their cigarettes on the surfaces. I have attached a photo of the trash room on the third floor and did not think of taking other photos in Rm. 316. I got a good night’s sleep, and there were positives to my stay, however I’d rate it at 1-2 stars. I do hope work can be done on this - it’s a nice place, it really just needs some concerted effort to clean it up. thank you!

Staff at the front desk was wonderful, took a few mins to check in, but it was all taken care of, later that night I needed a toothbrush and such and they found those for me. The room was decent, the bathtub has seen better days, the floor of the tub looks as it has not been cleaned in a while. Unfortunately there was a broken shelf and missing curtain in the room, where you slide to cover the shelf up.

The staff were nice and friendly, The bed was hard, the entire first floor smelled the mold. I found a dirty sock underneath the AC unit. The only reason I didn't change hotels is there was nowhere else to go because everywhere was overbooked. I even left early cutting my vacation short.

Hotel was cheap, and thought close to the airport (after a cancelled flight) but actually took 15 minutes to get to. The pics in the listing must have been from 20 years ago. If you LOVE smoking you will love this place. Room was clean, but just hammered and stained and found the smoke detector in a drawer. The staff was actually pretty nice though, better than the facilities to be sure.
