Charming Spacious Get Away

Experience the beauty of our newly remodeled home nestled on approximately 1 acre, steps away from the Bear Chase Golf Club, 1 mile from the YMCA and a variety of restaurants. It has a beautiful front yard view of the golf course, and a spacious back yard. 
Our cozy home is perfect for families, as well as homebodies traveling for work. Relax in the living room with an electric fireplace, smart TV, and access to live TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, along with a dining room that provides a perfect setting for family meals. For those working remotely, we offer a dedicated workspace with a reading nook and an additional electric fireplace for relaxation. Refresh your clothing in the convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms are furnished with cozy beds, and plenty of storage for your belongings. Along with a King, Queen, and full bed, we also provide four rollaway beds. All with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets. Our home has a driveway spacious enough for turn around and a two-car garage for your convenience. Come make treasured memories in our Charming Spacious Get Away.

We were on our way to Cincinnati and needed a place to stay with a late check-in on Friday night. Rosa worked with us with this request. After a full Saturday in Cincinnati, we returned to Shelbyville to rest up for our drive back to Wisconsin on Sunday. The beds were great! The coffee options were appreciated. This might be the biggest refrigerator that we have ever seen in a rental unit! We had 6 adults in our group.

We had a wonderful experience at the Charming Spacious Getaway. The host communicated well in advance and ensured an easy check-in process. Coffee was provided which was a big plus. Great view from the front porch. Easy access to interstate that takes you into Indianapolis. Plan to stay here again next year!

Kitchen was nicely supplied. No shortage of dishes or equipment for use. House was clean and had versatile rooms and furnishings. Appliances are in good shape. Easy in and out parking. If your mobility is limited, be aware that entrance to the home is two steps up from in the garage or the front door without handrails. Inside, it is very easy to move around. We enjoyed our stay and would go back when we return to the area.

We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for a weekend stay.

This was the perfect little place for my husband and I. The home is set up to have many more guest. If you prefer however it was just he and I everything was nicely labeled and accessible. We stayed in the master with the master bathroom in the room. The bed was very comfortable and nice and dark in there so my husband and I slept in for the first time in years. The host was very nice and offered to be available anytime we needed however everything was so seamless that we did not need her help. We consider this VRBO as a revisit if we ever need to stay in the area.

Definitely charming and spacious. Easy, self check-in/check-out. Out host, Rosa, is an excellent communicator. The backyard deck is well appointed with furniture for relaxing evenings. Only needed one roll-away bed, but they have four, with nice pillows, sheets and blankets. The mattress was great. 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of space. Zero clutter in and around the property. Very clean and looks newly renovated. Quiet neighborhood. Close to horse track.

Rosa was very helpful with communication and answering any questions we had. The house was very clean and ready for us to enjoy the stay. We would for sure stay again. We also appreciated the early check in request !
