This was our second time staying here and it was perfect!! Always clean and convenient to all the stores and restaurants and beaches. The only thing I have missed both times is a dresser or storage for clothes. Other than that we would always consider this place our first option when staying at Space Coast.

Great Property for extended stay at a great price. We booked for a softball trip and wanted a kitchen and laundry access. My favorite feature was the huge walk in closet were we kept everything out of the way. We were very happy with the property. The pool was gorgeous, always clean, we used daily. Closet to the beach, restaurants, and stores. It was nice viewing the wildlife in the ponds and from balcony. Comfortable bed, and my girls utilized pull out couch. They said it was comfy as well. Would return again for future trip.

Arrival was slick, condo was as pictured, clean! Location couldn’t have been better! 1/2 mile from beach, pool and hot tub wonderful!! Planning next year’s stay

Lovely spot

The property is walking distance from the beach and grocery store. I enjoyed my time on the deck watching the birds and turtles in the pond.

Perfect place

This was the perfect place at a very reasonable rate! Looked exactly like the pictures and LOVED the walk-in closet...especially since I tend to over pack. Loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the ducks and other wildlife. Hopefully it will be available for our annual trip next year. Highly recommend

Exactly as listed

Very clean 1/1. Was super happy with the new renovations. Felt very clean and well taken care of. New dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom was spacious and lots of towels. The main bedroom had a walk in closet, which was great for our pack-n-play. The pull out couch was super comfy. Extra pillows and blankets. Beach is just down the street, about 0.7miles away. Would book again!

I did not realize this condo did not have an elevator. For this reason I would not stay here again because of a knee injury. I also think a small table between the sofa and chair would be beneficial for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. (Just a suggestion.)
