Welcome to your family's year-round retreat nestled in the serene beauty of nature! This charming condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views, making it an ideal sanctuary for both relaxation and adventure. Large windows flood the space with natural light, framing stunning views of the tranquil lake and majestic mountains. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Less then 5 minute drive from Diamond Peak!

CANCELLATION POLICY
***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.  
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****

PLEASE NOTE:

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES
 During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.
 This home does have AC.
 Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the
home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
 No smoking
 No parties or events
 Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire
pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting
at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
 This home has a max overnight occupancy of 8 guests!

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of
25

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to
the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should
be signed within 48 hours***

Lake Tahoe vacation

Highly recommend this place!! The view is gorgeous and the condo is beautiful and modern. If you have children under 2 bring a baby gate and plastic cups!! We had a wonderful stay and plan on coming back!

Beautiful home in great location

Family stay which included two young children. The house was perfect for our daily trips to the beaches in and around incline village. Located on a really quiet street. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The house was very clean and Stocked with all of the essentials. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back and stay here again!
