This property is a great location that is close to many of The San Diego Sites; The Lindburgh International Airport, Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Soak City Water Park, Sea World, Legoland, The Beach, Shopping, Outlet Mall Shopping, Sight Seeing, Golfing, Surfing, Bird Watching, etc.

Plenty of Room

My husband, our 4 kids and I stayed at Art’s place in Imperial Beach for our vacation. The rooms were spacious and we had plenty of space to spread out! The house was clean and updated. Art was a wonderful host. He helped us with any questions we had about the home and the area.We had an enjoyable vacation!

Large Family Vacation

We LOVED this house! Great location, so much room. And just a wonderful overall experience. It's larger than it looks in photos and my children sprawled out, laughed, played games, relaxed--just what we needed. We were a family of 10 age ranges from 7+ Art was very kind and attentive. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfect spot for a family staycation

We rented Art's property during the Thanksgiving weekend for a family staycation in San Diego. It had the perfect spaces for our group of 8 and an infant. Art was great with all the communication. House is very well equipped and a great location close to Imperial beach. Thanks for hosting us!

Imperial Beach family stay

The property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Beds were amazingly comfortable, property spacious, and Art provided all we needed for our 3 day stay for a memorial service. Highly recommend!

Great Value

Very nice, fully equipped rental. It is obvious that thought went into ensuring the unit was well stocked with features and appliances to make the stay comfortable. Lots of sleeping options, comfortable beds, electronics, and areas to hang out. Great to have dedicated parking spots. Art was very responsive to questions/requests during the stay. We have family in Coronado so will definitely try to stay here again on future visits. The property is a very good value for this area and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay. Very modern and updated. We loved having the large space where we could all gather and play games, watch tv and talk. The beds were comfortable. The location was within a 5 minute drive of the beach. Would stay there again.

Last minute family get away

We decided to take a short family vacation and were fortunate to find this place. Art provided the perfect location for our extended family to enjoy quality time together.
