It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separate portions of the property.

The upper level features a large, open-plan living and dining room with a sliding door, a panoramic window, and a dining table. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace. This floor includes 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, with an exit to the garden, as well as 1 children's room with 2 single beds. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar area.
