Really well kept home. Every detail was just right. The host was helpful. Walking distance to the pier and eating. The breakfast was terrific. If we come to this area again, we will definitely stay at the Peral Inn.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Pearl. The owner Ken gave us a tour of the house and gave us the history of it. Our room was cozy and bright and our morning meal was delicious. I highly recommend staying here!

This is an absolutely amazing Bed and Breakfast. A destination, not just a place to stay. The house is beautiful, the hosts are lovely, the breakfast is amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious. The host was very friendly. There were a few great surprises. The area was a hidden gem. Travel tip - only 15 miles to Astoria but half the $$. Must see - Cape Disappointment.

This is a most unique and enjoyable b&b. The property is beautifully restored and maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners, Ken and Candi, are very much involved in the running of this delightful b&b and were instrumental in making my wife and my stay a weekend event and not just a place to stay for the night. Location is great in Ilwaco. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and is in a central location to take advantage of the entire Long Beach, Cape Disappointment area. Ken, the owner, functioned as chief for our stay. He served the two of us great breakfasts during our two day stay. The aroma of his wonderful breakfasts loft thru the house. His conversation and help with local attractions were most welcomed and helpful. My wife and I highly recommend The Pearl Inn.

Ken was so friendly and helpful. The location is Great, breakfast was delicious and we liked hanging out in the basement bar. Can't wait to go back!

Clean, charming rooms and friendly and helpful proprietors! Note that the shower in the Harbor Room bathroom is very small - not a problem, just something to be aware of when choosing a room.

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast and I loved it. The space was so clean and the historic details of the home are very cool. The property and surroundings are very quiet too and peaceful. You'll see other reviews about the breakfast and it did not disappoint! Ken had a yogurt parfait waiting at the table. Coffee, water, juices. Then he brought out a sausage bread pudding omg I inhaled it so good! Then bought out stuff French toast, eggs, bacon. It was all so good and Ken was a genuinely cool person. I will absolutely be back! Thanks again.

Beautifully restored and immaculate. The hosts are warm and welcoming. Breakfast was top notch and plentiful. Sheets and bed were so comfortable I had to ask what they used. Fun basement room with drink options, pool table, and an old jukebox. Highly recommend!

There was anything you might need. The room was very homey and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Yogurt with fresh berries, individual egg dishes, bacon, potatoes and toast with raspberry jam.

This is a quaint little stop along the Western coast of Washington. Ken and Candi are fantastic hosts and provide a wonderful breakfast each morning. The sheets and towels provided are better than some of the ones at nice hotels, and the rooms are designed to make you feel at home. There are two restaurants and small local shops within walking distance. Cape Disappointment State Park and Long Beach are nearby, and the inn is about an hour from the more familiar stops along the coast of North Oregon. I definitely recommend this establishment and would stay again, if I am ever in the area.

Amazing historic home! It’s immaculately clean and very thoughtfully restored with many little extras provided by the owner. Ken greeted us when we arrived, showed us around the home, and answered questions we had about the home and the area. And breakfast… delicious! The only negative was that we weren’t staying longer!

The house itself is gorgeous. You can feel the love that was put into it. Breakfast made daily is fantastic. The best part are the owners of the property. They are proud of what they've done and it shows. They are happy to give you a tour and the history. The owners are very friendly without being intrusive. We went for our 28 year anniversary and it couldn't have been a better choice. We plan on bring my wifes mom back in the near future as we know she will fall in love with it. I don't normally write reviews but they have earned every word. Thank you guys for a great anniversary.
