"Stayed 3 nights in Oct. Room was small, no sitting chairs, nice bath with a walk in shower. Kettle only with instant coffee, tea provided. Small fridge and hot plate all in nice condition. Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. Balcony rooms are near the kitchen exhaust, which runs from 9a to nearly 9p. Balcony looks out on the wall behind building & parking lot. Close to options of beach, walking,...

"Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated.
Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. Also, bring face clothes, and, if you can,...

"The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding.
The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"

"We stayed in a Panoramic Executive Room, which was excellent and offered beautiful views. However, the executive lounge experience could have been better. The breakfast selection and afternoon canapés were disappointing, with limited variety. The breakfast menu remained the same throughout our stay, and more variety would have been appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were no laundry facilities available for guests to use.
On a positive note, the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and...

"The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast."

"This hotel was in a great location for us. So close to public transport, shops and Restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly cheery young lady at reception. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We were kept well supplied with toiletries, but unfortunately milk was not replenished so only had the one coffee during our 3 night stay. Air con worked well.It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the laundry at no extra cost."
