Large town house sleeps 6/7 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….
Breathtaking location, exclusive and unique: one of the only few houses in first sea line in Ibiza Town -which you can count on the fingers of one hand-. All with the convenience and comfort of being in the centre: unique shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, entertainment área, nightlife… and the top marinas and yacht clubs in Ibiza: Sovren Ibiza, Marina Ibiza, Ibiza Magna and Marina Botafoc...

Windows open to the sea along the south wall of the 50m2 main living/dining room with fireplace. 3 double ensuite bedrooms. Fully-equipped kitchen adjoining a second dining room with huge balcony. The kitchen has all its appliances for your conveniences. Roof terrace has two levels connected with an open staircase, both with dining area.

The house is just the place for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort, convenience, serenity and charm.

Nestled on a cliff over the sea, the house offers privacy and quiet surroundings. Leave the crowds, traffic and noise behind. This house is fabulous and could easily be your ideal vacation home with all the amenities.

Renovated and refurbished house. Interior design with modern minimalist flair. The design, its whiteness, simplicity, the functionality of each element has been carefully considered and displays modern style mix with traditional Ibizan architecture elements.

The access to the house is by a cobbled way (about 30 meters) by the cliff where the house is located.

This is our second stay at this beautiful house. We absolutely love it, location is perfect and the roof terrace is amazing with the sea views. The hosts were easy to communicate with and always on hand with extra information. I can’t thought it. We’ll definitely be back again.

Nice apartment for a girls trip! It has multiple levels for us to hang out in and a large bathroom on the bottom floor for us to get ready for our activities. I would highly recommend this space for a girls' trip or group vacation!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ibiza-Stadt! Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einfach atemberaubend, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang unvergesslich. Die Lage ist absolut top, zentral und trotzdem ruhig genug, um sich bestens zu erholen.Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen super unkompliziert, der Kontakt war stets freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles Nötige vorhanden. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch das Midweek-Cleaning, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Wir haben uns von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefühlt (fast so, als wäre es unser eigenes Zuhause). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!Ein kleiner Hinweis am Rande: Es wäre schön, wenn es auf der Terrasse mindestens zwei Liegen gäbe. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein Detail und hat unseren insgesamt großartigen Aufenthalt in keiner Weise geschmälert.Absolute Empfehlung! Muchas gracias por todo

The property is very clean, and well equipped. The views from the roof terrace are superb. We spent a lot of time watching the boats and ships coming and going. The ferries and taxi rank are quite close by.We did have a couple of minor problems in the house, but they were dealt with very quickly. Nana and Jo always reply to contact straight away.We hope that if we go back to Ibiza we will be able to stay there again.

Adorable interior and view

We were a group of girls and had a wonderful stay! The interior design is amazing – every corner is perfect for Instagram photos, and the whole place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The terrace was a highlight, perfect for breakfast in the morning or a drink in the evening.Even carrying our suitcases up the stairs didn’t take away from the experience – the house is absolutely worth it. Meeting the host was very easy, and everything was perfectly arranged. The house was spotless, cozy, and exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Nana & Jo’s! The house is exceptionally beautiful—even better than the pictures. There is everything you might need from beach towels to kitchen supplies. Nana was very responsive and was quick to address any issues we had.

The house is stunning with large windows on its facade which give a breathtaking view of the sea. The rooftop patio is even more impressive. It’s rare to get a view like this one with a great location in the old town!

A wonderful property that is in a prime position. Overlooks the ocean and close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The whole house is amazing and the roof terrace especially is phenomenal. Would happily stay again!!

This is a beautiful place !

The pictures of this listing do not do it justice! It was probably the best rental I have stayed in and I have stayed in over 30. Everything about this property is class. All the comforts of home and the location is perfect! Nana an Jo could not of been more helpful, truly the best hosts. Our experience in Ibiza was one of the best.

The most AMAZING apartment!

I cannot describe the beauty of this apartment, you really have to see it to believe the views. It really does have that WOW factor! Bedrooms are good sizes, 2x en-suite bathrooms and 1x separate bathroom which worked perfectly for us. Right at the end of the old town strip, within a 1 minute walk to bars/restaurants but very quiet at the same time. Nana & Jo were very quick to respond and were really kind and helpful! When we come back to Ibiza we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you :)
