An elegant, fully air-conditioned villa measuring 135 m² that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
On the main floor, you will be welcomed by an entrance hall opening onto a spacious, tastefully decorated living room, a bright dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.). A laundry room completes this space.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom (160x200 cm bed), a bedroom with two 80x200 cm twin beds, a third bedroom with two separable 80x200 cm twin beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find an air-conditioned office space ideal for teleworking, as well as a beautiful master suite with a 160x200 cm bed, shower room and WC, all enjoying a superb unobstructed view of the sea.
The villa is set on 1,000 m² of wooded grounds, offering a Mediterranean setting conducive to relaxation. Access is secured by an automatic gate and several vehicles can be easily parked inside the property.
