Hyannis Port Cottage with Ocean Views and Access to 3 Beautiful Ocean Beaches!

Dog friendly! Located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath, heat and AC (mini-splits), dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi. water views from bedroom, kitchen and sun porch. Small wraparound private deck overlooks tidal estuary and Nantucket Sound. Beautiful ocean breeze and views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch ferries travel back and forth between the islands and Hyannis Harbor.

This cottage overlooks a tidal estuary, and it is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along the tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, beach towels and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre peninsula studded with pine trees, with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.

In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.

Hyannis is considered to be "The Capitol" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

If you stay at Harbor Village once, we are sure you will want to come back year after year. Some of our guests have been coming to Harbor Village for over 40 years!

Great Cottage

We LOVED the location! We had a great time walking our dog in all the local neighborhoods…everyone was friendly…close to beach …the little sunroom was the hit of our stay …loved watching the birds …even saw a fox come by a couple times …cottage was clean and had just what we needed…will go back

Best Little Cottage

The pictures and description didn't disappoint. We couldn't have been happier with the little cottage, perfect location for walking to beach, short drive to downtown area and great bouncing off point for enjoying all of the cape. Scott was always ready to help and the cottage was so clean!!

A wonderful cottage!

This cottage was fantastic! It was clean and I had everything my pet and I needed. The management went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. A great beach was a three minute walk away, and shopping and restaurants were a short drive away. Will return next year!!!

Small functional cottage

This cottage is in a great location. It’s a short walk to the beach and the area near by is great for walks. The cottage itself is on the older side, but it’s certainly functional for a week’s stay. The fridge and stove are small and old. The stove is not level. The entry way smells a bit moldy, but that smell does not permeate the entire cottage.
