Click to view the video above. Dog friendly cottage! Located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths cottage. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Full bathroom has tub and shower. Central Heat and Central A/C, TV, Wifi, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Weber grill. Parking for 2 cars. Enjoy a tranquil setting from a very private deck with table and chairs, overlooking tidal basin. A true birdwatchers paradise.

This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, beach towels and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre peninsula studded with pine trees, with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.

In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.

Hyannis is considered to be "The Capitol" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

If you stay at Harbor Village once, we are sure you will want to come back year after year. Some of our guests have been coming to Harbor Village for over 40 years!

An oasis within an oasis. Lovely little cottage community close to the water in a beautiful neighborhood and close to town. Fantastic caretakers. Home was cozy in the best way. Ample lounge space and great patio. So incredibly peaceful. Everything was easy and simple for check in/out and anything you might need Shirley and Bob were happy to help. We loved it so much we’re planning a family reunion here.

You will definitely need a car to stay here to get to restaurants, downtown, and the marina area. Otherwise, this is a short walk from a nice quiet beach. Our dog and daughter were both very happy to stay here!

Very nice property in a quiet village like setting. Pet friendly. Supplies were good. Would recommend owners supply laundry detergent & hand soap. Had to buy both. Beach is more than a 5 minute walk. Would stay again.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had what we needed. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes, the property was well maintained. Anything we needed, we just had to ask. Definitely hope to return to this little bit of Heaven

The cottage is very nice, just big enough for a small family of 3 or 4. It's in a quiet little development, a very short nature walk to the beach, and near a lot of good cape activities. The cottage has a rustic feel, but has the comforts of heat and central air. The deck is huge and a great place to hang out.

Original posting said it was updated, but not all that much as we found out and not very professional. The deck and outdoor furniture were lovely, beds very comfortable, bathrooms ok, comfortable furniture in the living room. The property needs improved landscaping in the front and a railing on the four steps up to the house.. Walk to the beautiful beach was easy. Various attractions were easy to get to. We would return to Harbor Village another time but in a nicer cottage with a dishwasher.

This was a nice little getaway property. It is older and the kitchen area is a little small for cooking (which usually we don't do much of but this year for obvious reasons is different). It was clean, all appliances updated, and had several pros like towel exchange and daily trash pick up. The walk to the beach is about 10 min through a wooded path so not perfect if planning on bringing a cooler or wheeled beach caddy but you can go by the road (a little longer walk), sidewalk the whole way. Beach was quite nice, quiet with life guards and designated area to play ball. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again!

Stay was very good. The home was just the right size for my husband and me and my grandson and his girlfriend. We also had our dog with us. 11 The deck was great and very private. We had thought (maybe assumed) that the rental was air conditioned, found out too late that it was not! had central air, which it did not. Most other rentals seemed to hàve air conditioning. We really needed the air. The rental accepted pets and included cleaning, as well as, linens. Which is unusual. The rental was acceptable but needed updating. Very dark pàneling.

Perfect Cape Cod getaway! Our family took a 5 night trip to this perfect spot that is so close to everything. Touristy but fun Hyannis and all the little amazing delightful towns around like Craigville, Centerville etc etc. THANK YOU THANK YOU THNANK YOU!

This location is perfect! Having visited Cape Cod 4 times before we had a rough idea of locations, but this exceeded all expectations. Firstly, its not only a beautiful property, but extremely well set up. Air conditioning throughout, excellent WIFI, everything you need in the kitchen, and the deck is superb. The location is private, and quiet, but with so much a short drive away. Sitting on the deck in the evening was amazing, only rivalled by watching the sunset on the nearby beaches. We cannot fault this property, and we will visit again!
