    The Space:

    This spacious 4BR/2.5BA classic Cape Cod abode is located just a 3-minute walk from a private beach. Enjoy quality time with friends and family in three inviting living spaces, or savor alfresco meals on the patio in the big fenced yard. Spend sun-soaked days at the beach, then rinse off in the outdoor shower before walking to downtown Hyannis to explore the restaurants, shops, and galleries. In the first of three living areas, you’ll find seating for six on a sectional sofa and an armchair surrounding a 54” TV. Play card games at the table with seating for two. The second living area invites you to curl up on a leather sofa, love seat, and recliner; watch movies on the 40” TV. A sectional sofa and an armchair furnish the third living space and offer a cozy spot to gather around the gas fireplace. The chef in your group will love the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a full roster of helpful gadgets. Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three, or set the eight-person dining table for a group meals. This home features four bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests (six adults and four kids).The primary bedroom provides a king bed and a queen bed. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with three twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers two twins. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a queen bed. Upstairs, a guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The second bathroom is located downstairs and has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. A spacious patio awaits in the inviting backyard. Cook out on the gas grill and dine alfresco at two outdoor tables that combine to seat ten. The grassy yard offers plenty of space for games. After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower offers a handy spot to rinse off. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the main living room does not have AC, however two ceiling fans provide a pleasant breeze. All other living areas have AC. Walk just 3 minutes to the end of Harbor Road where a sandy path leads to a quiet private beach on Nantucket Sound. Watch the windsurfers, sailboats, and ferries drift by, and look east to catch a glimpse of the Kennedy Compound at Hyannis Port. Go for a walk along the water to explore neighboring Keyes Beach to the west or Kalmus Beach to the east. Main Street is just a mile away--walk or drive to check out the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum and the Cape Cod Maritime Museum, as well as, unique restaurants and eclectic shops. You can easily spend a day exploring Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. The ferry is just a 7-minute drive away.

Vacasa was very easy and convenient to deal with. Loved the text that was sent to let us know that property was ready early. Quick walk to private beach but it is tricky to find a spot as the majority of the beach is reserved for the beachfront homes. Loves the location close to the harbor and town center.

Great beach house!

My family and I had such a great time at this house! Enough space for everyone to gather in the kitchen or on the patio for meals. The two living rooms were great for the kids and adults to have their own space at the end of a long beach day to relax. We enjoyed the beach which was a short walk down the road. We would recommend this house and would gladly stay here again!

We have stayed at this house for multiple years and are booked for next year. We love the location and the space that the house offers. This year, we had to call Vacasa for a couple of minor things and they were very responsive.

Great place to stay

This was our third time renting the house. It's a great size for larger families, very clean, well stocked and in a great location. It takes a couple minutes to walk down to the very quiet beach and about 20 to get to main street, which had many shops and dining options.

Wonderful Cape Cod Vacation

Excellent! This is a beautiful home, with a great location, super close to the beach, easy access to main street and plenty of restaurants and stores. It was the perfect house for our family's annual vacation- big, cozy, plenty of space for a big family. meticulously clean. We love the patio with lights at night. very quiet neighborhood. We could not have asked for anything more - We were very happy during our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful clean and spacious home!

This home was lovely and well appointed. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything needed for a relaxing weekend. The location is great too, with the ocean a short walk away and Main Street in Hyannis and all it has to offer within a mile. The home was very clean and had more than enough beds...I only wish our stay could have been longer. Turnkey Rentals was so easy to work with, very attentive and thorough. When I had questions both prior to and during my stay, they responded within minutes. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Family friendly

This home is beautiful and very conducive to a large family. There are two television areas and a smaller living room. The kitchen is large and bright. The bedrooms are also large and the beach theme runs throughout the house. My grandchildren had a ball playing in the large backyard. It is a very short walk to a path that leads to the beach!

Nice, but not perfect....

Property location was fine...steps from beach ..1 mile to main street...the third shower was in need of repair...outside patio was some distance from the kitchen, making it more difficult when BBQ ....taking food, dishes, etc. in and out....auto responses from property manager, not appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy arrival and departure. Some confusion around garbage collection — there appears to be no municipal garbage service in Hyannis, so a private contractor picks up the trash. Leaving it outside the garage seemed to work. Very comfortable stay, unbeatable location a short walk from the beach and near downtown Hyannis. The beach is private to the neighborhood and was slightly crowded on the weekend but then most weekdays we had it almost entirely to ourselves. Very nice kitchen, backyard was great for the kids to run around.

Bad Start

MBR shower had a “do not use” sign posted and there was no bathtub. Also, the only closet in that room was padlocked. Property was promised at 4 PM but we were not permitted acces until 5:30 PM. I called mgtment. After explaining we had groceries needing refrigeration and children awaiting dinner and tending, we were allowed limited access to the refrigerator.

Great for family get together!

We had 4 families stay for the week. This included 8 adults and 4 kids (10 y/o, 3.5, 2, and 8 months). The location is great and the house had plenty of space for us all. The room in the back of the house with the white couch was where we spent most of our time when in the house and the backyard was great for the kiddos to run around. The picture shows two tables in the back, but there was only one there when we went (the larger white one with the blue chairs). There is a beach just at the end of the street just a few minutes walk, but it had a lot of seaweed and shells which the kids didn't love, so we opted to go to Kalmus most days which is 1 mile from the house. The parking at Kalmus is $25 for the day (I think), so we walked and/or shuttled people from the house. The downtown area is also only about a mile with lots of restaurants. The couple of minor downsides: 1. Communication could be better and more accurate. Prior to arrival, I asked if there were beach towels in the house for us to use which was never answered. We ended up bringing some, but there was plenty in the house. I also asked if there was a regular coffee maker or just a Keurig. I was told it was just K-cups, but there ended up being a regular coffee maker as part of the Keurig. 2. There were two propane tanks, but they were both empty, so we had to get a new one. 3. The previous renters didn't take the trash out, so we had a lot of trash to deal with arriving Sat. with trash day on Thurs.

Horrible check-in and check-out process but amazing property

This is our second stay at this property, each stay was for 2 weeks. We loved this house and its location so we returned, but the process has been a disaster. First, we couldn't check in at 4:00, as we received a text at 3:55 telling us that the cleaning people just arrived at the property, so it would be a couple of hours. We could have been told earlier. We did receive a dinner voucher though, so that was nice, and the cleaning ladies did a great job, but...the trash was piled up on the garage and the smell from the trash was coming into the house. We immediately informed Vacase and were told that the trash would be removed. Nobody came in. We sent another reminder, and still no trash removal. We had no choice but to put our own trash next to the pile. The smell through the house was unbearable. Nobody came in two weeks, so it must have been at least 4 weeks of no trash removal when we left and it is all in the garage which is a part of the house. We paid for a late check out, but we locked out of the house at 10am. After confirming that the late check-out was approved and money received several days before check-out, we were told that that Vacas is having technical difficulties and cannot let us in... Wasted money, left things inside the house, no apologies. We used Vacasa for years and this is the first bad experience we had, but this is various disappointing - a major screw up both during the check in and the check-out. And the trash situation is simply sickening.
