The distance to the water is just 800 meters, making it easy to spend days at the beach or take a dip.



Inside there is a bright and inviting living room where you can enjoy yourself with family and friends. Here there is a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere on those cool evenings, as well as an energy-saving heat pump that ensures the right temperature all year round. It can also function as air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable indoor climate, even on hot summer days.



The summer house offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, perfect for couples, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or friends. There is room for a total of four people, which is perfect for a smaller group.
