"Very old tv and hair dryer, no smart options available. The bathroom was very bad with mould and just looked like it needed upgrading. Clean and tidy but just very old. The Roma need a refresh for sure. Amazing staff and nice place but amenities etc need upgrading soon!"

"Very basic and dated hotel but we didn’t need anything else apart from a bed to lay our head. We stayed on the fourth floor and looked out at the pier and the sunrise was beautiful. Staff were helpful. We will definitely come back here when in Eastbourne again."

"We chose this hotel as a stop off on a trip to France, EV charging while we stayed was great, pool area looked new and it’s the first hotel we had seen with an ice bath by the pool. Room looked newly renovated, clean and tidy. Ideal for 1 nights stay and would certainly stay again."

"The studio was spacious and minimalist but that is my ideal. It was very comfortable and I had all I needed, except I would have liked a teapot and cafetiere too. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was wonderful. The apartment block was also in a very good, convenient location for trains ..."

"Room was ok. Nice clean bathroom and shower was good. Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response. I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter. There ..."
