"Property is beautiful, staff extremely helpful and accommodating. We found our 2 bedroom hilltop vila to be nice but needed some maintenance and in vila cleaning was not up to standards. Area around the pool was limited, pool was pleasant, hot tub extremely small for a 2 bedroom vila."

"ホーチミンの歴史あるホテルやダナンのさまざまなホテル、ハノイ旧市街のホテルなど、これまでベトナム各地のホテルを利用してまいりましたが、今回はゲストへの細やかな配慮という点で、少し残念に感じられる場面が重なってしまいました。 今後のサービス向上の参考になればと思い、滞在中に気になった点を共有させていただきます。 1. ランドリーサービス受付時のご対応 雨で濡れた衣服のにおいを防ぐため事前に手洗いを済ませ、部屋干しでは乾きにくいためクリーニングをお願いしました。 しかし、濡れている衣服の取り扱いに関する規約等の説明はなく、「汚れているため扱えない」といった趣旨で受託をお断りされてしまいました。配慮として事前に手洗いをしていたため、「汚い」と受け取られるような表現をされたこと、また衣類（特に妻の下着類など）の返却時の配慮が少し欠けていた点については、悲しく感じてしまいました。（そもそもきれいな服ならクリーニングに出さないのでは…という些細な疑問も浮かんでしまいましたが。） ..."
