Great Home but Horrible management
We had an extremely stressful check in for this home . My family and I rented this home to stay, we had 3 small children and were driving in from NM . The website said we would get check in details 3 days B4 arrival, we did not. I called 2 days prior to arrival for check in details, I was told I would get them via email soon, just to give them a little more time. Still did not get anything. I called again while already on the road to Alabama, Informing them I still had not received check in details by this time, we are getting concerned we would not have a place to stay. I was told again, that checking details would now be posted in the front door of the home, which did not make sense to me, we did not want to arrive to the location after being on the road for 10 hrs and having no place to stay. I asked to speak to a manager and again I was told I would receive the email within the hour. Which I did not. ! Again I called when we were 2 hrs out and asked to speak to a supervisor again. This time I told them I would not get off the phone until I did receive the email with the check in instructions, was on the line for about 45 min B4 I finally received the details needed. Mind you we were an hour out from the home. If you rent his home I recommend you stay in top of them about getting check in details so you don't go thru the same issue we did. The home was very clean and beautiful. Other than the situation we experienced.
