Best part of Utah

The location was great, the home was excellent especially how close we were to all the outdoor activities that we wanted to do. Clean home and helpful Host. I will definitely stay here again! Great beds and so comfortable as well as close to other fun stuff like the Dinosaur park.

Fantastic condo! Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and simple. We loved the clubhouse and hot tub. Highly recommended!

Okay place to stay

We had family staying at a lot of the other units in the subdivision and they were all nicer. It was nice to be close to the lake, pool, and Snowbasin biking trails.

Huntsville Heaven!

Our family had an excellent vacation at this home while skiing at Snowbasin. The home had everything we needed and more and all accommodations were comfortable and as listed. The property managers were responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We will definitely be back! The condo is lovely and Teig was quick to respond to any questions. The surrounding property was peaceful and close to the lake.

I loved that my 4 kids all had their own bed. The room were clean an me comfortable. The bathroom were pretty small but functional. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only warning I would give others is that the master bedroom, upstairs, has sky lights. We woke up by 5:30AM everyday because the light was so bright in the room (early June). We loved it though we would go back and would definitely recommend to others.

Condo is in a great location - near pool and reservoir yet quiet and peaceful. Place was very clean and recently updated. Just about everything you could need is supplied, although a pot or two could be handy for those guests that cook. Would highly recommend for a couple or very small family.

Perfect stay

The condo was cute, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed all of the fun things close. We swam, hiked and played at the lake.

Huntsville Retreat

The condo was in a great location. It is a great size, very clean and accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Property manager was great to work with and was available to respond to questions quickly.

Excellent little place

Great spot. Clean and simply appointed. Close to numerous activities. Would definitely stay there again. Only request would be a new dishwasher (musty).

The separate constant emails to create an Evolve app were annoying, but once we got to the property itself everything was good and as described.

Utah ski vacation

At the very bottom of the steps approaching the condo, there was a treacherous patch of ice that was formed from water dripping off the roof. Maybe an ice melter nearby to the ice patch that the guests can regularly use would be good. Thanks for the good stay.

Excellent location

Excellent location to snowbasin. Good communication. The dishwasher was filthy (either black soap scum or mold/mildew). So we handwashed dishes. The washer can only accept a very small loads at a time. Would give 5/5 stars if we had a usable dishwasher.

Good stay at a great location

This was a great condo within walking distance to the beach. The only thing we didn't like was the bird poop that got all over our car and balcony.
