"We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour."

"Maybe I over sold myself by reading the reviews. I always like to stay at new hotels because you usually get clean modern rooms. Overall it's a nice hotel. Rooms had plenty of space. We arrived around 8pm for check in. The a/c in the room was off so it was hot. We turned it on and it never got cool in the room all night. Lobby was not clean when we arrived and walking through the hotel you already see damages and maintenance issues. Hotel hasn't even been open a year. Our stay was fine for one...

"This was our 4th visit and love it here. It’s very conveniently located to family we visit. It is clean and very quiet at night. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and staff arrived immediately to fix it. Nice breakfast set up every morning. Already planning our next visit."
