"Decor is rather dated. We didn't mind too much. TV. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Complimentary bottles of water,tea/coffee bags, biscuits replenished every day. The bedding and towels were clean, white and fresh. Breakfast was lovely, great choice. I thought it was going to be a buffet style but the cooked food was served at the table. "Great staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. The breakfasts had a good variety catering for all tastes, the evening meals were tasty, my husband described the pie as "out of this world". The bedroom room was a good size and the bathroom was well appointed. The only downside was the shower lost pressure a couple of times, however the staff arranged to get it fixed."

"Great location, but room was in poor condition (mouldy tiles, discoloured toilet seat, cracks & holes in the walls) & not clean. If you have mobility issues, there are lots of steps.Breakfast available if arranged the previous day. Free parking on the road, but spaces are taken quickly"
