"The flat is in a great location, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and bright. Great communication with the owner. I would just point out that the air conditioning unit is in main living area, not the bedrooms. Our first day in Budapest was very warm so we slept with the bedroom doors open for the air to come in. On subsequent nights we simply opened the windows. "
