Staff was incredibly rude and incompetent.

Everything was really good, and my wife and I had a great time. The only thing that detracted from our stay was seeing exotic birds kept in cages. They appeared unhappy, and it felt unnecessary and inhumane. I think our experience would have been even better if the birds had been released to an appropriate sanctuary or donated to an organization that could provide them with a more natural environment. Keeping captive birds did not add any positive value to our stay, in fact, it had the opposite effect.

Hot breakfast could have had more options but it was still good. Eggs biscuits sausage just missing the gravy lol. All was well and clean. The facilities were clean and loved the smell of facility. Beds were comfy! Staff were friendly ! Recommend!
