The Space:
Palmas Par View is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in the prestigious Beach Village community of Palmas del Mar Beach Resort in Humacao, Puerto Rico. With breathtaking views of the ocean and golf course, this multi-level property provides a serene setting for your getaway.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, air conditioning throughout, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Guests will have access to the Beach Village community pool and direct beach access, perfect for enjoying sunny days by the water. Whether you're planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, Palmas Par View offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests will need to take two flights of stairs to reach the villa, as there is NO ELEVATOR. The property is on the second floor.

LIVING AREAS

When you enter Palmas Par View, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and inviting main level with an open layout connecting the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining space includes a round dining table, offering beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a cozy leather sofa, and two modern chairs, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. The décor throughout the property has been thoughtfully designed to create a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. Both the living and dining areas lead to a private balcony, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning scenery.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

- Master Bedroom: Located on the main level, this bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with a tub, and a private balcony with seating for two, offering breathtaking views.
- Bedroom 2: Situated on the second level, this bedroom includes a queen bed, a bunk bed with two twin beds, and a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for families or groups.
- Shared Bathroom: The second bathroom is located on the second level, conveniently accessible from Bedroom 2.
- All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful stay.

PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):

We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

KITCHEN

Palmas Par View features an updated and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including:

COMMUNITY POOL

Dive in, cool off, and make the most of your stay at the community pool.

Pool Hours: Monday - Sunday 9:00am - 7:00pm

To access the pool, you’ll have to take with you a blue bracelet that will be left on the counter inside the villa. You just need to scan it at the pool’s entrance.

IMPORTANT: Please only take the bracelet when going to the pool. Keeping track of the bracelet is very difficult. Upon check-out, please leave it where it was found. Kindly note that if the bracelet is lost, there will be a $50 replacement fee. Thank you for your understanding!

GETTING AROUND

A rental car is needed during your stay at Palmas Par View to get around the resort and explore nearby areas. There are many activities within a 30-minute drive that you won’t want to miss. The villa includes one assigned parking spot. Please note that Ubers and taxis are not available in this area. The villa is about an hour's drive from San Juan Airport.

Other Things to Note:
LOCATION

Palmas Par View enjoys one of the most coveted locations within Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. Guests can walk to the beach and the community pool. The rest of Palmas del Mar's amenities are easily accessible by Golf Cart, which can be rented at Palmas del Mar. These include golf, tennis, a wide array of dining options, and various access points to the mile-long beach, marina, surfing, and mountain biking.

There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:

- Golf at one of Palmas del Mar's two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked over the phone.
- Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.
- Lunch or dinner at La Pescaderia, an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.
- Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
- Chill at the beach! It is within walking distance, is a mile-long, and has a great beachfront grill!

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.

AMENITIES

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES

- Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is at 11:00 am
- NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
- NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
- Building quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
- The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
- All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
- Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
- Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. - Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
- Subletting not allowed
