The living/dining room provides access to a terrace. Additionally, the ground floor features a large, open kitchen measuring 15 square meters, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.
