"Very helpful staff and super cool hotel, the location being in downtown LA is not the best but the hotel itself was great"

"Great customer service"

"Bed mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Rooms are fairly standard, though the giant semi-transparent glass between the bed and bathroom really ruins sleep when someone else turns on the lights to use it. The city view is really nice since I was assigned a higher floor, but everyone gets to experience it when checking in since the lobby is all the way up to the 70th floor (first ever hotel I’ve seen do that). I’d say the “luxury” aspect just comes from the hotel aesthetic, high floors, and…...

"Perfect place for family ✨"

"Old hotel but very clean and peaceful, No breakfast room but on each floor each morning they have juices, fruit and pastries."

"Hotel and room were very clean and the room as big but underneath things weren't what they seemed. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was one we were so excited about but it was so disappointing. We were ther 4 days. The internet on the TV never worked, so we could never watch any streaming apps or movie channels. We had someone up the first night he said he'd report it. Next day I told the front"

"A lot of hidden cost involved 34 dollar per day destination fee, 77 dollars a day to park at hotel. It’s very much over priced and doesn’t meet the requirements"

"Very spacious room extremely clean and staff was extremely helpful!"

"L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien décoré avec beaucoup de classe et de charme. Le personnel est relativement serviable. Ça dépend des personnes à l’accueil , certains sont plus sympathiques que d’autres et les chambres sont très belles celles avec un grand lit de 2 personnes Pas celle avec quatre lits superposés"

"Property has beautiful architectural old design. It is in the center of downtown Los Angeles. If you decide to self park and there is a concert event planned at Pershing Square that day, don't move car from garage. The concert goers park at the hotel and take up all the space. Also traffic was a mess getting back to my hotel parking. The line to garage was solid around the block. Take Uber or the Metro subway from Pershing square station to Hollywood or anywhere in LA."
