Easy walk to both natural sand beach & swimming dock. Beach is behind dock w/gradual entry into protected, shallow wading area, ideal for kids and/or pups. Stand-up paddleboard, 2-person sit-in tandem kayak & 5 sit-in single person kayaks (10') are ready-to-go w/paddles & life vests. NEW for ‘25 – youth mountain & 2 BMX bikes!

Spacious dock offers loungers for sunning, adirondacks in covered area for shade, electricity & lighting. Set back from neighboring docks within quiet cove makes floating on SML's crystal clear emerald water relaxing for kids & adults alike :) Newer 12x12ft. floater w/steps allows for ease of entry into kayaks. Covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. Large flat area at entrance of property nicely accommodates boat trailer parking.

Items you'll WISH you'd brought: Favorite floats & water toys, ice (bags or refreezable), sunscreen & live fishing bait.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
