April 2019 Chateau Hradec nad Moravicí, Czech republic Chateau Hradec nad Moravicí was originally Czech king's castle from 13th century. It is located on a hill over the small town of the same name, near to Opava in north east Silesia region of Czech republic. There were several reconstructions done and the last one was in Neogothical style in 19th century. This part is called the Red castle and in the picture you can see what is now the main entrance to the chateau.

Schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer, Wasserkocher, bequemes Bett, nahe Zentrum. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Hotel hatte Parkplätze, eher teuer. Unter der Woche hatte es Abends manchmal keinen Parkplatz mehr und man musste einen in der blauen Zone suchen. War schwierig.

The accommodations were excellent. We had everything that we needed and the location worked perfect for our needs. We needed a few extra supplies and with a quick text message, the supplies were delivered to our door.

There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside.
