"Hotel is very nice, however if you not renting a car not convenient as nothing is really within walking distance and there is no onsite convenience store - so if you forget anything you are out of luck. Room service was difficult to reach at times and I had to go to the front desk to check out as my bill was not sent via email. All in all a beautiful hotel but a couple of small improvements would go a long way- convenience wise."

"I found this hotel very clean. The room was perfect. The pull out was done for me. Only thing that I was missing was the pillow on the pull out. But it’s ok. Everything was perfectly laid out. Tv connected and easy to use. All small details in the room. The check in and check out were pleasant and efficient. Parking was easy to navigate. The breakfast was complete and enjoyable. "This property seemed almost brand new. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was wonderful. It was about 20 minutes from the metro station, which we caught to go downtown for the F1 race. This made the hotel with a bigger value in the long run. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance across the parking lot. They also have EV chargers level 3."

"Love this hotel. Well run and maintained. The staff is really terrific from the reception desk to the shuttle bus operator, the maids, and the restaurant staff. Of special note is Rachel at reception. She was terrific. I have booked this hotel twice so far and definitely plan on coming back. The food at breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. I like that it has a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance."

"We stay for a couple of nights and everything was fine except for the shower that couldn't be set for warm water. We reported the after the first night but it was not fixed. Hard to take a shower with cold or extreme hot water."
