"I paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate. The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is...

"Great hotel! There for Astros spring training. Close to great restaurants and close to the ballpark- Uber there- 20 minutes. There is a neat electric car (uber type) for the west palm beach downtown area that is cheap! No pool at the Hyatt but it's a gorgeous hotel!"

"The hotel is very clean and cozy, located 10 minutes from the beach, with a reasonable price. I was feeling so comfortable and highly recommend staying. Frontdesk staff were polite at all time and were doing their best to leave a great memory from your staying experience. The only thing that was not clearly mentioned in Expedia is that the parking is not free, and you need to pay $5/night (at the time of this post). Also, Expedia charged me $24 for breakfast, and I was able to select only one...

The toilet didn't flush completely, the dehumidifier had an error code and didn't run, the room was cold, but turning on the heat created a melted plastic smell which caused the smoke detector to alarm."
