Whether you're looking to relax by the fireplace or explore the surrounding area, this modern cabin is the perfect retreat for your next getaway.

Family friendly lakeside neighborhood with so much to do! Amish country, Mohican, Apple Valley Golf Course, Honey Run Falls, and Snow Trails make this the perfect place to escape with your family and friends.

NOTE: This house does have lake views but does not have lake access. 18 minutes to Mohican. 30 minutes to SnowTrails. 15 minutes to Kenyon, 15 minutes to Honey Run Falls, 12 minutes to Mt Vernon stores and restaurants.

This house and the hostess, Rachel, exceeded our expectations! So beautiful and plenty of room for the 6 of us. LOVED the wraparound deck with plenty of seating wherever we went. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Firepit was great, hot tub was warm and clean. We contacted Rachel once about the thermostat and she immediately got back to us and solved the problem. Just a fantastic experience!!!

The Perfect House!

We rented this beautiful house for my son's graduation from Kenyon college. We traveled with my in-laws and daughter. There was plenty of room where everyone could have their own space and bathrooms. The house is gorgeous! Great hot tub, grill, pizza oven, ping pong, and other games. We had a fantastic time!

Amazing Acute A Frame!!!

This property was fantastic! The location was super convenient with lots to do nearby, and it was close to the university. The place itself was modern, clean, and really comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Plus, the amenities were great – we had everything we needed. The house served as the perfect backdrop for all the incredible memories that were made there for me and my family! Highly recommend this spot!

Amazing new Aframe

We had the best stay at Acute Frame last weekend! There were 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids) and we had an absolute blast. The Aframe is brand new and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable- even the Nest at the top! The kids loved playing ping pong, hanging in the swinging chair, exploring outside and playing cards. An added bonus was that the house had hand weights for our workout! House fit all of us comfortably and it had everything we needed for a great stay! Fantastic location and would highly recommend this house!
