Cozy holiday home in Houyet with a sauna

This 6-bedroom holiday home rests in Houyet, on the heights of the village. There is a relaxation area with a sauna to unwind in privacy. You can stay here in comfort with 14 persons, be it a large family, two smaller families, or a group of couples.

The holiday home enjoys a beautiful view of the royal castle of Ciergnon and the entire valley. The caves of Han and the wild animal park are nearby and also the the Castle of Celles. At 10 km from the holiday home, you will find the bustling town center with several supermarkets and restaurants. You can be here to enjoy your evenings.

When it is cold outside, you can warm up by the woodstove in the living room. After having a tiring day, take some time for yourself and use the sauna. There are a playground and bunk beds for the children. A cot and a high chair can be rented here.
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Le cadre est vraiment très sympathique, en revanche l'hebergement ne correspond pas tout à fait au descriptif, la sécurité est à revoir pour les enfants et des travaux sont à prévoir (terrasse notamment).

Het chalet is gelegen in een chaletpark, dit is niet duidelijk op de website. Het is gezellig ingericht maar nogal krap voor 14 personen. Het terras is aan vervanging toe! Wel een mooie omgeving om te wandelen.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht besonders sauber, in jeder Ecke war Dreck zu finden. In den Betten waren Haare und die Bettlaken waren fleckig. Außerdem gab es in den oberen Badezimmern nur kaltes Wasser, abgesehen davon dass man in der dreckigen Dusche und Badewanne nicht duschen möchte. Die Treppe ins Untergeschoss ist für Kinder lebensgefährlich, da auf der linken Seite kein Geländer ist und das Treppengitter defekt ist. Das Haus ist für eine große Gruppe mit Kleinkinder gefährlich und was den Schlaf angeht eine Herausforderung. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng und unfassbar hellhörig. Man hört sogar den Nachbarn im Zimmer bzw. auch in den oberen Zimmern flüstern. Absolute Katastrophe. In der Umgebung gibt es einfach nichts, völlige Einöde. Die Terrasse lädt nicht unbedingt zum gemütlichen draußen sitzen ein, da die Bodenbretter morsch und defekt sind.
