A very pleasurable stay

It was mine and my good friend’s first time in Houston and it was an amazing time overall, however, being able to stay in such a great place made all the difference. Harrison is a pleasure and a super sweet guy. He was very understanding and accommodating; the best host!

Property location was close to a lot of things we planned to do. The walk to public transportation was easy. The building is secure, quiet, and easy to navigate. The pool and amenities are great. We enjoyed the apartment. They were able to allow check in several hours early which was a relief. Communication and check in were simple. The apartment itself was tidy and really great sized. The linens could use replacing, comforters had some burn holes, but they didn't seem dirty by any means. There were few pans and only 4 sets of dishes (we are a family of 4, so we just got some disposable dishes and silverware). There is laundry which was a huge plus for us. I think adding some pool towels and dish cloths would be nice. It's such a beautiful location/view we would've loved some seating on the balcony to enjoy it a little more comfortably. Overall we enjoyed everything here. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a central location with great amenities.

Girls Trip

I booked this spot for a girls trip with my bestie. 1. I never received check-in instructions prior to arrival day. No biggie! Fast forward to an hour after check-in time and still no instructions. So i sent a message to the host hoping to have them by the time i arrived to the rental. After almost 2 hours and no response, i called the number listed for the host and someone else answered who was not the host! I contacted Vrbo customer service at this point and eventually received a msg from the host. He did apologize for me not receiving instructions and even stated he'd give a discount (which i have yet to see 11 days after check-out). My bestie's truck was also towed day 3 of 4 for apparently not having a parking pass (nor did i) even though we were not in a reserved or numbered parking spot. The host did pay for the cost of getting the truck back but we were on edge the rest of the trip and opted to park in marked visitor parking spots on the 1st floor. The penthouse was awesome and clean.The host Harrison is a really nice guy but whoever is managing the property for him is not doing a great job.

Great location

From checking in to checking out it was easy as could be. The walking is definitely a lot more than expected but hey never hurt to get the good old blood pumping. I would definitely be looking forward to staying here again for a nice get away in the city.
