It has 3 spacious bedrooms, closets, and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 eating areas. There is a private office with a writing desk and WiFi. House also has full-size washer and dryer.

The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown, shopping, Herman Park, Houston Zoo, the University of Houston and the Texas Southern University, entertainment, and 2 miles from the world-renowned Texas Medical Center.

The entire house is available for access and there is private deck seating out back accessible through the office sliding glass door.

The driveway is 2 cars wide and parking is available on the left side of the driveway, as well as the quiet street. Parking inside the carport or directly in front of the garage is prohibited. ***Garage parking is an additional fee and must be requested***
