This is a two story duplex with one bedroom and one bathroom down and the other two bedrooms upstairs along with a shared bathroom. This property is located on a picturesque residential street just a few blocks from Rice Village. No expense was spared furnishing this property. Everything you will need for a short or long term stay is provided with this luxury property.

Private unit with three bedrooms, downstairs has a master bedroom with king size bed and a day bed/couch. One full restroom downstairs along with kitchen, living, dining, and full size washer dryer. Very good set up for family in Houston for extended medical treatment or a larger family needing temporary housing caused by construction delays etc.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, queen bed, king bed, day bed/sofa. Private restroom.

Owner will provide guest unique code for electronic lock.

Owners are available as needed. We leave guests to enjoy the home as it is theirs.

Most walkable neighborhood in Houston. Two blocks from Rice Village with lots shopping, 30 plus restaurants and coffee shops. A few blocks from the gorgeous Rice University campus and five blocks from the Texas Medical Center and our works leading hospitals like MD Anderson & Tx Children’s Hospital. Farmers markets, museums, parks are also nearby.

The most walkable area in Houston. There are plenty of attractions in walking distance. The Texas Medical Center is seven blocks from the property.

Private parking and street parking available (not an apartment complex), this is a side by side duplex on a residential street with lots of children, dog walkers, and is a great location just a short 2 minute walk to Rice Village.

Early check in, Late check out may be available for a $50 to $85 fee.

Pet requests will be considered for long term guests subject to owner’s approval and additional fee required. Owner host has dogs and will work with guests.
