Our stay was fantastic. Location was amazing , we were able to walk downtown for shopping and restaurants. We were there to celebrate our granddaughter’s 21 birthday and we would like to thank our hosts very pleasant stay. We hope your place is available for our next visit.

It was a nice little place in a great location. Only quibble is that there were no complimentary toiletries so you’ll have to bring your own. Not a problem, just didn’t know about it before hand. If we are in the area again soon we’ll definitely return.

Perfect location to visit with our MTU student and enjoy downtown restaurants and shopping. Apartment was clean and well-stocked. Owners responded quickly and were friendly. We would stay again!

This was the perfect place for my husband and son to stay during son’s summer program at Mich Tech. He wasn’t ready to stay on campus, and great excuse to visit the area for my husband! 4 mins to campus, walk to stores. Husband said great for 2-3 people. Plan to reserve this place in the future! So if you want it but it’s booked, blame us.

Excellent Property - Downtown Houghton

This is a great, clean and convenient property right in downtown Houghton and minutes away from MTU. Parking is convenient and you can leave your car there as you walk anywhere in downtown. Amenities such as paper products and kitchen staples are ample. There were no surprises between the listing and actual property. I'd definitely stay again.

Location, location, !

We had such a great stay! The place was immaculate! Everything was sparkling clean. The house is generously stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, wash clothes, sheets, pillows and anything you might need. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes and even spices for cooking. There were even filters for the coffee maker. And the location was amazing! Every day we walked downtown! We really enjoyed being so close to restaurants and the cute little stores. Our kids had camp at MTU which was only a 5 minute drive. The owners offered great communication and took good care of us. We will be back!
