Welcome to Polly's Place

Polly's Place is only yards away (across the street) from the lake. Beautiful views can be had by walking and driving throughout the neighborhood. There are partial views from the house, but public access is best had at the various public parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained with million dollar homes within a minute's walk. All three bedrooms are large and have sitting areas with chairs, closets, and plenty of space for your luggage. The living room has high ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace. The master bedroom is huge and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. The rooms are styled and furnished with a mid-century aesthetic.

While we welcome everyone at Polly's Place, this is not the place for wild parties or unruly behavior. We are strict about our rules, guidelines, and occupancy rates as we have found this makes for a better experience for all involved. We do think Polly's Place is the perfect getaway for wedding stays, ladies getaways, anniversaries, and most definitely families. We do not, however host bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation parties, etc... Previous reviews are required.

There are three bedrooms for 6 people, but the living room is large enough to accommodate two additional guests (but please bring their own sleeping gear as we do not yet have a futon or sofa sleeper for the living room quite yet). Please note that the two secondary bedrooms have full sized beds which are slightly smaller than a queen. The three beds offer a variety of sleeper preference: one is soft, one is firm, and one has a memory-foam topper.

There is a fence surrounding the backyard, but it is old and unless dog's are supervised, they can escape as it is not completely secure. We will eventually be taking the fence down and not replacing, but until then, it does help with pets.
