Secluded Getaway on Lake Hamilton 4br/3ba

In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property.

This newly remodeled home is an excellent vacation spot for one or two families. Located on the water's edge on beautiful Lake Hamilton with a 2 boat stall included, in a quiet cove with easy access to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer! The home is located on the northern shore of the lake near highway 70 and only a short boat ride to many of the restaurant's on the lake. The house is less than 2 miles from the Hill Wheatley Boat Launch and 7 miles from Oaklawn.

Luxury surrounds you in this charming home that features a main level gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The main level also features the master bedroom and walk in closet. The master bath has a double vanity, and walk in shower. 1st guest bedroom and central bathroom. The living area opens to a covered balcony that runs the entire length of the home with a great view of the landscaped yard and stone walk leading to the the lakefront. Downstairs features two bedrooms (both with queen bed and an optional bunk bed for added sleeping area, perfect for the kids) and a full bath. There is also a theater room with a 120 inch size HD screen with stadium seating that is perfect for entertainment of the group. The downstairs doors open to large patio and hot tub. Stone walkway leads to the boathouse with private slip for your boat with an attached swim dock and water access. In addition the house comes with 2 Kayaks to enjoy our quiet cove. Please note that from Mid-November to early March, Lake Hamilton is drained roughly 2-5 feet and our dock may be on the ground if it's a full 5 ft draw, since we are in the cove.

Beautiful House, excellent host

This house situated right on the lake was perfect for our group. The amenities kept everyone busy and there was plenty of space for everyone. The best part of staying here was definitely the host. Jason was accommodating and the communication was unmatched. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place. Quiet area. Nice house. Plenty of room. A little problem with stairway to lower bedrooms. The refrigerator stopped cooling on our last night. We adapted but could be an issue for the next renters.

Perfect quiet getaway

The owner was very responsive to my many questions. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The young adults loved the theatre room. As other people mentioned the stairs are VERY steep. We took my mom on the outside stairs so she could see the downstairs. The basement beds are also very high. My short daughter used the step ladder from the laundry room to get in and out.

Lots of room

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to do nearby. The hot tub was great after a full day of fun. The stairs are pretty steep! Overall a great stay.

We loved it!

Very great place for a family to stay for a little weekend getaway! Plenty of rooms to sleep everyone, a nice boat dock that kids and family can swim off of, and best part is it’s right on the water. Will definitely book again!

Very nice place

Very nice place to stay. Lots of room. Great view and access to lake. Quite neighborhood. Theater room (downstairs) was great with great sound and recliners that suck you in. FYI for seniors: Very steep inside stairway. It is just what is.

Wonderful home

Lots of space, comfortable beds, spacious deck, just an all around great stay. We loved sitting in the hot tub and taking in the lake view. Fishing off the dock was so relaxing. Truly wonderful vacation!

Our time spent here was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was clean amd comfortable. It was a perfect location to escape the stresses of every day life while still having all the conveniences of it. Very easy drive to the downtown area and Hot Springs National Park. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will consider staying again if ever back in the Hot Springs area

Awesome family home

This property was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Jason helped us out when VRBO would not. Awesome property management! Dock was awesome for fishing off and the kayaks were a good time. Kids loved the home theatre and had many different varieties of movies available on site. I would not hesitate to book a property with this host ever. Thank you for helping my family make memories.

Easy, peaceful week on the lake

The location for this house is a little more out of the way and peaceful, just what we needed! The house itself was beautiful, definitely one of the ones which looks even better in real life than the pictures! Very clean and well kept, as well. About a fifteen minute drive to downtown Hot Springs, so everything we wanted to do was close! Definitely a great house for the price!

Overall Great Stay.

Was really a good place to stay… Peaceful Neighborhood Nice House Convenient location…. Has several small maintenance issues, no show stoppers and a insanely steep staircase to lower two bedrooms and theater room… outside stairs going down to lower level, not so bad, and we used those a lot. Back porch and hot tub were great…. Would recommend the place but with a warning for stairs…

Spring Break!

House was beautiful, we were a party of 7 and had plenty of room for all. Really enjoyed being on the lake for fishing and kayaking, close to attractions and a bonus that Walmart was right down the road for our grocery needs. It was a very relaxing stay and we would highly recommend.

Great place with great views

This place is beautiful and has a great view. We enjoyed the hot tub and theatre room. We were less than 10 miles from downtown so we got to do some things in nature and in town. We did the wax museum and haunted tour in town along with souvenir shopping. We visited Glenwood and walked along beautiful creeks. We visited the Garvan Gardens which is definitely a must do for everyone! We were extremely pleased with the convenience of everything. The kitchen was stocked with great appliances, cookware and dishes. The bathrooms, which are beautiful, had plenty of towels and washcloths. Check in and out was super easy! We will definitely return!
