(QUICK UPDATE 06/24 NEW POOL,ROOF VENTS,PAINT WORK DEEP CLEAN AND MORE!)LAKE HAMILTON POOL HOUSE has 4 bedrooms one king, two queens, I full, 1 twin and two bathrooms. A comfortable living room and a nice kitchen with plenty amenities to make food with. The back yard is very desirable with a big in ground pool and a bar right next to it, that includes a pool table and right outside of the Master bed room is a lounging area with fire pit. There also is a hot tub that can fit up to 6 people. Including a gas grill. The master bedroom has a oversized jacuzzi bath tub as well. THE HEATED POOL OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1 ST till March 30th it’s- $100 A NIGHT. 3 DAY MINIMUM it takes a full 24hrs to heat up before your stay,heater is a 400,000 BTU gas heater that works very well but is also very expensive to run. The heated pool is 80 to 85degrees. Pets are ok with owners approval and there is a $100 per pet fee. If your pet goes to the bathroom in the house or does any damage you will be charged.The back yard is secure please do not leave your pets in the house when you are not there. There is also a dog door from the laundry room to the garage and from the garage to the back yard.So they will not have to be in the heat or the cold. Please pick up after your pets. There is a community launch ramp,dock and boat trailer parking literally across the street…We are easy to get along with and hope you book lake Hamilton pool house for a great time!!

This place is so fun I hate to leave every time I come here….If there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, such as my co host Rhianna is now offering a personal chef experience! She can cook you five star meals, such as a breakfast chef experience, lunch or dinner. If interested, we can talk about it in your booking. This place was the perfect getaway for family and friends. We enjoyed a quiet family Christmas after a year of chaos, and it was exactly what we needed. The decorations were spot on, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens, and it truly felt like home. Dog-friendly and a great balance of party and relaxation vibes. Communication and host effort were also a 10/10. The only thing we wished for was more propane so we could enjoy the fire and grill longer. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with lots of room. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub, making smores over the fire pit, and playing games in the outdoor entertainment area. Perfect place for entertaining and close to area attractions. Appreciated being able to bring our dog as well. We will definitely be back!

Nice but needs some work for the price

It's around 500 a day. Check in is late at 4 check out is early at 10. The pool was well kept but the pool building needed to be blown out. It was full of spider webs in and dirt. It's outside, so I understand there will be dust but there were spider webs everywhere. They keep the AC in a locked box at 72 degrees. We sleep at home on 70 so we were too warm. The ice maker didn't work. There was what appeared to be a leaky sink in kitchen as there was a dirty bowl of disgusting water under it that smelled. The headboard for 1 of the rooms was a ripped box spring. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the corners. The gate was breaking down and propped up by cement brick. This is near the lake but not on the lake. Most of the door handles had paint chipping off. A couple doors had damage and several light switches were missing their covers. The hot tub was greenish and had lots of sediment at the bottom. I don't usually complain but for the price it really should have been kept up better.

Girls Trip

Myself and three girlfriends stayed here for our annual girls trip. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed by far! Plenty of room, nice kitchen, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The best part was the outdoor area! We absolutely loved the pool and bar area! Beautifully landscaped also! We are already planning our next trip!

Great hang out spot and quite neighborhood

The property is in a quite part of town but within a few minutes of anything you need. The backyard area is super nice. Pool and hot tub with your own personal cabana/bar. We all had a blast!

The property was beautiful. The beds comfortable and house was clean. The bar lounge outside is where we sit and became a family between my son and his now fiancée. Her family and his family. The pool needed to be cleaned and the hot tub needs cleaning because the temp would not get over 90 degrees. The air filters in rooms needs cleaning and trash bags was not available in home. Other than those little things the property overall was exceptional!!!
