When you’re not swimming or boating, experience Hot Springs National Park, just 8 miles away.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, this tropical-themed home offers a well-appointed living space to relax in between lakeside fun and Hot Springs adventures.

GETTING AROUND: Getting around Hot Springs is simple and easy with local taxi, Uber, or Lyft services. You should be able to get anywhere within 10 minutes or less.

House Rules and Policies

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Please note that there is no room for parking boats, boat trailers, campers, recreational vehicles or the like at the property, but the marina is close by for rentals and parking; however, boat parking is only allowed up to 48 hours
- Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property
- Total of “6” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants).
- There will be a separate rental agreement form and guest'sd names list form to fill out and sign.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful and respectful of surrounding neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. We like the location as it is close to everything. My only complaint this time is that the pool was not ready for the Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived the pool was dirty, so much so that we wouldn’t let our granddaughter swim. They started to treat it the next day and treated it again the next day too. She did get to swim and enjoyed it as usual. We will stay here again. We have an upcoming reservation and look forward to staying again.

Had a little weekend getaway for my wife and I. We were well pleased with this property, its location, and overall cleanliness. Would’ve given it a 5 had there been coffee for the provided coffee maker and also a few carpet stains that need to be attended to. Overall, we were well satisfied with this property and would recommend.

Birthday getaway

We loved staying at this condo. Very spacious ,comfy and easy to get to . Loved the fact there was an elevator to get to the 2nd floor to pack luggage . The balcony was amazing would love to stay when it's warmer just to sit in the balcony. There is a lake view . Its pretty. The tub ,although I could not figure out how to get the jets on, the tub was still very enjoyable and relaxing . So relaxing I fell asleep💜 would stay here again

My family had a great time here once again, as we have stayed here at least 3 times before. We love the location. It’s so close to everything. The condo is clean and well stocked. The pool is close . Beautiful condo

This condo is beautifully decorated. When you walk in your mouth will drop because it’s so pretty. However, the view of the lake is a 1 star. The view is about 90% blocked by the huge condo that sits directly in front of it. So yiu only get small views of the lake to the right and left of the huge condo in front. This huge condo also has extremely bright lights at each of the covered parking areas. Both nights we stayed, we had other peoples briggt carport lights shining directly into our master bedroom. Very annoying when you are trying to go to sleep. The huge jacuzzi tub in the master bath that is in the advertisement picture, which was my deciding factor in selecting this condo, runs out of hot water about 1/3 of the way in while filling the tub and then the jets don’t work. To fill the tub to a decent amount we had to wait for the hot water to fill back up and then turn the bathtub water back on. Had to do this 6 - 7 times just to get a nice soaking amount. Big disappointment. And while sitting on the beautiful back balcony at night, you are blinded by the extreme bright lights directly to the left from the hotel parking lot. And the constant traffic noise makes it impossible to enjoy being on the balcony because it’s too close to the main highway. Followed the instructions on how to the watch tv in the living room and it didn’t work. After several attempts, we gave up. The bedroom tv did work.
