We are less than 20 minutes from Oaklawn, and are about 15 minutes from Garvan Woodland Gardens. Owned and operated by DMT Properties LLC, this adorable two-bedroom condo is perfect for your weekend getaway to the Spa City.

Property was so cozy and comfortable, very cute, quiet, and quaint. Definitely wish we knew of this property a long time ago before getting hotels in Hot Springs on previous trips. Most definitely book this for your next getaway!

Wonderful Residence During Engagement Party

We chose the property based on the king beds. For adults, the choice to have large beds and pleasant accommodations was appreciated. We’d certainly consider staying here again. In addition, the owner was very helpful and always available to assist.
