About this space
Come relax and enjoy a QUIET getaway with beautiful LAKEFRONT views! Spend your time relaxing and enjoying the unobstructed views of Lake Hamilton right from the comfort of your living room and balcony, or while you stroll along the boardwalk right on the water's edge. When you are ready to go out, be sure to visit Hot Springs' top-notch restaurants and shops. And don't forget the historical bath houses and our great entertainment including Oaklawn Casino and Horse Racing!
The space
Welcome to Cute and Cozy! When you stay at our condo, you will have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the main floor bedroom and a king bed in the loft upstairs. There are closets in both bedrooms.

The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as part of your check-in instructions. There is one designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in and additional parking at the back if needed. Cute and Cozy is located on the 2nd floor (top-level), so there will be one set of stairs to climb to enter this unit.

CONDO LAYOUT:
As you enter the condo, the first bedroom is on your right. Here you will find a Queen-sized bed with a new mattress that is extremely comfortable! There is a smart tv and a closet with extra blankets, pillows, box fan, portable AC unit, or space heater depending on the time of the year!

Continuing down the hall, you will find the bathroom on your right that is equipped with a walk-in shower. The cabinet holds plenty of towels and extras that might come in handy!

Next to the bathroom is the kitchen, which is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Just bring your groceries and start cooking. Included in the kitchen is a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, sink, and single cup coffee maker. The condominium also has an outdoor grilling area and picnic tables. We have provided some seasonings in the kitchen as well. There is a bar with barstools for you to use as extra seating or eating at the bar.

This condo has an open concept, so the kitchen opens right into the living room. You will love the open layout and the amazing views of the lake! In the living room you will find a smart tv and a new couch. Snuggle up on the tan leather sofa with one of the many blankets and enjoy the game or your favorite show on the tv or relax and take in the amazing views through the glass door and balcony overlooking the lake!

Up the stairs you will find a cute and cozy loft that overlooks the living room. This space stays nice and cool with an extra window AC unit. Enjoy the extremely comfortable King-sized bed with extra pillows, 2 nightstands and lamps. There is also a closet upstairs with extra items you may need.

Our condo has 2 SMART tv's where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. Just log into your account and enjoy!

** Both beds are new with 12-inch MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES! Each bed has several pillows for you to choose from as well. Just make yourself comfortable while you enjoy your stay!

We have a fantastic cleaning crew that maintains the space between guest stays, as well as a responsive maintenance team. If something comes up during your stay, we will handle it as soon as possible!

Other things to note
We try to make the check-in process as simple and smooth as possible. The condo has a keyless entry. All you need is the front door code, which you will receive a few hours before your check-in time. You will receive the gate code with your check-in instructions as well.

Outdoor furniture including 2 chairs and a table overlook the lake. There are also 4 camp chairs located in the bedroom closet for use down by the lake or at the community fire pit...just bring your own firewood and s'mores!
