"The room is so spacious for three person. Comfy bed. But got mosquitoes during night. Thanks to the staff for giving us the repellent. The tiles have black stain but still clean. The shower lack of ventilation.Having a difficulties to control flow of hot water. The breakfast is really good even though don't have much variety. Maybe can add on some fruits or cereal after this. All and all, it was a good place to stay if you want to save budget on accommodation. P/s: Thanks to the receptionist...

"the front desk staff was great. very friendy, suggest things to see, places to go, places to eat. any questions i had about languge were answered with explanation to help me understand. really a great staff. really nice to stay where you are treated so well. "Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking."

"Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice."

"Tune is owned by Air Asia. Tune Dago (Bandung) is fairly new. Staff are 1st class. All I want is a clean bed and a great shower. Tune Dago fits the bill but is a great hotel in a good location. I will stay again. Love-it & thanks Tune."

"It was average. The shopping and food we're quite nearby. Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location. The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready."
