Hotel room phone didn’t work so unable to call reception and order/enquire. Breakfast staff was rude to my son. There was no cutlery on our table so he went to get cutlery from a staff member she condescending respond.

Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wasser,Kaffee und Tee aufgefüllt, das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Tiefgarage hatte man keinen festen Platz, musste suchen, war aber sicher. Das Frühstück war leider eine Woche lang immer gleich. Die Sitzgelegenheiten für Raucher wurden komplett abgeschafft ...

This was a fantastic hotel! The beds were so comfortable. We loved the water bottles and chocolates left out for us! The breakfast selection was fantastic. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the paid parking. We highly recommend it as a place to stay!
