"Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. "This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting.
A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was absolutely charming, very clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space nice and cool, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet only minutes from the marina. There was also plenty of room to park our boat, which was a huge plus. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again."
